SHIBORI by Jon was born from a need to slow down, let go of control and reconnect with movement, sensation and intuition.

For me, shibori is more than a textile practice.

It is a dialogue between water, pressure, fabric and time — a way of accepting that beauty often appears through transformation, imperfection and surprise.

Each immersion creates unexpected reactions, organic traces and changing states that can never be reproduced exactly the same way twice.

This process taught me to stop searching for perfection everywhere, and instead leave space for the unpredictable, the living and the sensitive.

Coming from a background in interior architecture, I quickly became fascinated by the emotional and energetic impact these pieces can have within a space.

Light, texture, color and movement can completely transform the atmosphere of a room and the way we feel inside it.

Some pieces soothe.

Others radiate warmth, depth or introspection.

Like suspended fragments between art, nature and memory.

Every creation is handmade in Paris and carries the marks of this living process.
